Northfield Records started in 2009 as a two-person scanning service for local accountants. Today we manage records for small businesses, schools, clinics and municipal offices, but we have kept the same approach: understand what a client really needs to keep, make it easy to find, and dispose of the rest properly.

Our team combines records managers, scanning operators and a small logistics crew. Every staff member is background-checked and trained in confidentiality and data protection.
